St. Louis County needed an effective PSA to inform the public of the need to renew healthcare assistance. 

Creative Arcade utilized Danger Bird Productions to assist with concept ideation, provide a filming location, film, and edit a four episode series. 

We pitched the idea of a time traveler coming back from the future to inform a citizen about the repercussions of not renewing their insurance. To provide proof concept home, we took it upon ourselves to write and film a mock ad to present to Creative Arcade and St. Louis County. The concept was approved and from there four separate ads were created based on the mock video.

The final videos were used as TV ads, radio ads, and social media posts.
