Frequently Asked Questions
Q. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A. Daily rates vary depending on the scope of the project. By providing a detailed summary of the project you have in mind, we can reply with an accurate quote within 24 hours.
Additionally, providing a budget within which you wish to stay can be a tremendous accelerant in formulating the best possible project for you. Think of it like buying a car; some people want to pay more for sunroofs, but there are plenty of badass cars without sunroofs for a lower cost. This information can help us to show you what you’re actually looking for.

Q. HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO FILM MY PROJECT?
A. One of the most misunderstood aspects to video production is the ratio of time spent filming a video to the actual time of a finished video.
It’s important to know that the filming process will almost always take longer than anticipated. Sometimes, we simply want to try a shot “just one more time” to ensure that we provide you with the best product that we can possibly deliver.
We’re always thinking creatively, and sometimes an idea pops up on location that we hadn’t thought of beforehand. Exploration can often lead to great things, so we like to allow some improvisation into our master plan when it has potential.
Other times, unexpected road bumps (noisy AC fans with hidden ‘on/off’ switches) pop up, but don’t worry—we’ve yet to be bested by an AC fan.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY FINISHED VIDEO TO BE DELIVERED?
A. Since all videos are different from one another, it changes from project to project. Usually, 3-4 weeks is a safe expectation for delivery, although we have delivered projects in less than a week on many occasions.
If a project requires filming in multiple locations and/or over multiple days, delivery will take longer than a project that can be filmed in one day.
